My name is Pat Cassidy with “The Change Loudoun Project”
This project is a grass-roots movement dedicated to creating awareness to the massive health and environmental crisis that is currently taking place in our homes, our business and our schools, and to offer safe, sustainable and cost -effective solutions.
Many years ago, I almost completely destroyed my health using chemicals that I was told were safe.
The more research I did, the more I found out that was blatantly untrue! Today I use no chemicals in my home, nor on my 110 acre farm. I consider my house and farm my Chemical Free Sanctuary, and I teach other people how they can do the same.
For decades we have been at the mercy of the misinformation of the chemical companies, the oil companies, the plastic companies and even the bottled water companies.
In the process we are spending large sums of money on products that are destroying our health, our environment, our oceans and filling up our landfills.
This has got to stop. There is a better way, a safer way and a much more cost- effective way.
The reason that I am part of the Virginia Green Initiative, Inc. is because they embrace my core values of education, sustainability and change that are critical to making a difference.
I encourage everyone to see how they can make a difference by being part of our initiative. By each person helping a little, we can achieve a lot.
